After a complete overhaul of the checkout in order to simplify its efficiency, we started to work on the redesign of the Home page and Category pages. Main difficulty was to implement the new skin without changing the other pages of the website (their turn will come, but later on this year). Challenge was important on these redesigned pages : the home page had to be more attractive, immersive and adapted all screen sizes from largest desktop to smartphones.
The mobile version of the menu as well as other UX components such as the research have also been redesigned. On the product categories the legibility has been improved thanks to better structured filters with an iconography that follow the scroll. Filters were actually not existing on the mobile version at all. Sizes of the visual elements have been expanded to offer more details on the product view. Last update :January 2018.
